Casey shares many similar ideas as other immigrants I know.
The attitude of Casey is one of that it is OK to waste someone elses money, so long as it is not his. Common typical belief in immigrants.
The other is not wanting to work to pay for their mistakes. Casey does not feel responsible for the money he lost, nor will he willingly do anything to pay it back.
Casey will try and try again so long as he has everything to win and nothing to lose. Again, typical immigrant mentality.
Rest asure that Casey is not done and he will be back either in Real State again, or something else.
This is why I think the legal system needs to act and put a stop to this guy. Casey has demonstrated that he is far from ending his fradulant or "shady" deals as he calls them.
Expect much more to come from Casey in Real State or other "shady" schemes.
